Round 1: Deciding your next set
JEFIT's Elite tier analyzes your past logs to suggest the weight and reps to lift next, and its Adaptive Plan adjusts every week as you progress. DEFIANT gives every set a target inside a rep range from a strength model of each lift, and recalculates the next set from the one you just did, so the plan changes during the workout, not only between weeks. Every DEFIANT target has a "Why this target?" explanation.

Switching from JEFIT
- JEFIT's export is on its website, not in the app. In a web browser, sign in at jefit.com/my-jefit/settings.
- Choose Data Controls → Export data. JEFIT gives you a CSV file. On your iPhone it lands in Files → Downloads; from a computer, AirDrop it to your phone.
- In DEFIANT, go to Settings → Your data → Import from another app, and choose the file.
- Set up your plan: answer eight questions and DEFIANT builds one, pick one of 26 programs, or rebuild your own routine.
- Every logged workout and set comes across: weight, reps, timed sets, warm-ups and drop sets.
- Workouts you logged from a JEFIT routine keep the day's name, and the routine is rebuilt as a plan.
- JEFIT's separate cardio logs, notes and body measurements don't come across.
- Importing the same file twice is safe.
